A leading national law firm is seeking a Product Liability Attorney with 4–7 years of experience to join its newly established Chicago office. Responsibilities
Defend clients in product liability matters with a focus on toxic tort and asbestos litigation
Manage all phases of complex litigation, including case strategy, discovery, depositions, motion practice, and trial preparation
Work closely with partners and national litigation teams on sophisticated matters involving significant exposure
Communicate with clients, experts, and co-counsel in the development of case strategy
Support the continued growth of the firm’s litigation presence in Chicago
Qualifications
4–7 years of experience in product liability, toxic tort, or asbestos litigation
Strong litigation skills, including written advocacy, discovery management, and motion practice
Experience handling complex, high-volume litigation matters
Excellent academic credentials and strong analytical and writing skills
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
Illinois bar admission required or the ability to obtain promptly
Work Environment
This role offers a hybrid work arrangement, though candidates should be comfortable working in the firm’s downtown Chicago office as needed to collaborate with colleagues and support case teams.
