Job Description
Real estate/landlord-tenant law firm seeks attorney with a minimum of 1-3 years experience in
landlord-tenant litigation in New York City Housing Courts. Experience in handling DHCR matters is a plus but not required.
Looking for a candidate with the following qualifications:
Ability to handle a heavy caseload.
Ability to multi-task and strong attention to detail.
Ability to negotiate, evaluate and resolve cases.
Trial experience a plus.
Must be outgoing and aggressively represent our clients.
Have experience in using Westlaw for legal research.
Be able to write well and know standard-form motion practice.
