Responsibilities: • Serve as legal counsel on the clients’ behalf at hearings, mediations, trials, depositions, and litigation • Review, modify, and draft motions, discovery responses, demand letters, pleadings, claims, subpoenas, memorandums, and other legal documents • Interview clients, supporting witnesses, expert witnesses, insurance company adjusters, and medical providers to collect information • Manage a team of personal injury paralegals, legal assistants, case managers, litigation paralegals, and legal secretary • Assess potential personal injury claims and provide legal advice to prospective clients accordingly Qualifications: • Must be computer proficient • Superb drafting, research, negotiation, and communication skills are preferred • A bachelor’s degree and a J.D. degree is required • State license to practice law and State Bar Association membership is mandatory • Up-to-date knowledge of personal injury law/ tort law, wrongful death, civil and family law, medical terminology, and medical malpractice is imperative Compensation: $120,000 base salary, with bonuses ranging from approximately $180,000 to $380,000, bringing the total compensation to $300,000–$500,000. Plus, the potential to earn even higher bonuses.
