We are seeking a skilled Litigation Attorney to join our practice and play a key role in handling complex corporate and real estate disputes.
    Position Overview:
    The Litigation Attorney will be responsible for managing all phases of litigation, from case assessment and strategy development through trial and resolution. This role requires a strong background in corporate and real estate law, as well as a proven ability to deliver favorable outcomes for clients.
    Key Responsibilities:

    • Represent clients in corporate and real estate litigation matters, including contract disputes, partnership disputes, property issues, and business torts.
    • Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and other court documents.
    • Manage discovery, take and defend depositions, and prepare witnesses for trial.
    • Appear in court for hearings, trials, and other proceedings.
    • Provide strategic legal advice to clients and maintain strong client relationships.
    • Collaborate with colleagues and support staff to ensure effective case management.

    Qualifications:

    • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
    • Active bar admission and good standing in Georgia.
    • Minimum of 3 years litigation experience with a focus on corporate and/or real estate law.
    • Strong oral advocacy, negotiation, and writing skills.
    • Ability to handle cases independently and manage a diverse caseload.
    • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

    Compensation amp; Benefits:

    • Competitive salary range of $130,000 – $175,000 , commensurate with experience.
