Our law firm is looking for an experienced probate litigation attorney. The ideal candidate will have several years of experience working on cases involving undue influence and lack of capacity, as well as disputes with trustees. Aside from conducting research and drafting petitions, you will make court appearances and supervise a team of more junior litigation attorneys. This is a fast-paced and dynamic firm with considerable scope for progression and a rapidly expanding probate litigation offering. This position is fully remote. Responsibilities: • Appear in court as needed • Supervise administrative staff, paralegals, and law clerks • Counsel clients by assessing options and determining the best course of action for a successful outcome • Take responsibility for administrative staff relating to client invoicing/billing records, setting up meetings with clients and completing tasks • Conduct research and draft pleadings, briefs, and motions • Get the appropriate legal documents ready for clients, such as briefs, motions, and pleadings, as well as correspondence Qualifications: • Must be licensed to practice law in California • Must be able to handle a heavy caseload with little supervision • Communication, problem-solving, decision-making, interpersonal, and public speaking skills required Compensation: $230,000+ bonus
