Litigation Attorney for Sex Trafficked Minors (Federal Court)
Job Description
Victim’s Advocate Law Firm representing victims who were Sex Trafficked as Minors, victims of Institutional Sex Abuse and victims of single event Personal Injuries is seeking a passionate advocate paralegal. Must be capable and competent in both Federal Court and State Court Litigation and client care and management. You must have a desire/passion for helping the traumatized by establishing trust, being a constant resource and a relentless advocate.
Position will require extensive client contact, sourcing of aid and assistance, significant investigation and fact finding, and finally relentless litigation in federal court.
This position is not for dreamers, we seek only doers, preferably with a significant background in litigation.
