    In-House Litigation Case Manager/Paralegal - Teaneck, New Jersey Our firm is continuing to grow! Although we recently hired a Litigation Case Manager/Paralegal, we find ourselves needing an additional Case Manager to support our growing business. Come join a winning team! Davis, Saperstein & Salomon, P.C., a prominent plaintiff’s law firm based in Teaneck, NJ, is seeking an experienced Personal Injury Litigation Paralegal /Case Manager to join their expanding team in the office. The ideal candidate must possess 3-10 years of litigation experience. Previous litigation and personal injury experience are required. Responsibilities: Including, but not limited to: Handling all aspects of personal injury files from filing the complaint until the conclusion of the case. Maintaining frequent and compassionate communication with clients regarding case status, treatment progress & legal steps. Drafting correspondence, pleadings, discovery responses & settlement demands. Coordinating with medical providers to obtain and summarize records & bills. Preparing cases for arbitration, mediation & trial as necessary. Tracking deadlines and managing attorney calendars to ensure timely filings & appearances. Qualifications: Self-starter who can work with little supervision, be extremely organized, and be very detail-oriented. Minimum 3 years of experience in plaintiff's personal injury law (required). Strong understanding of New Jersey tort law, court procedures, and e-filing systems. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficient in legal case management software. Ability to multitask, work independently, and stay organized in a fast-paced environment. Treat others with respect and contribute to a positive team environment. Knowledge of Trial Pad is a plus. Strong computer skills with Microsoft Word and PDF conversion software. Experience with Excel and PowerPoint is necessary. Knowledge of Local and State discovery rules. Organizational skills and attention to detail. Medical malpractice experience is a plus. Compensation: $70,000 - $80,000 yearly DOE
