Harper Law Firm is seeking a motivated Litigation Legal Assistant to support our Paralegal Manager and busy personal injury litigation team. This role is ideal for an entry to mid-level candidate with Texas personal injury experience who thrives in a high-volume, fast-paced environment and takes pride in staying organized and on deadline. Responsibilities: • Support the Paralegal Manager with daily litigation tasks on a high-volume personal injury docket • Assist with Texas personal injury cases from pre-suit through litigation • Draft and prepare pleadings, discovery, and correspondence • File documents through eFileTexas and federal CM/ECF • Track deadlines and maintain litigation calendars in compliance with the Texas Rules of Civil Procedure • Assist with discovery, subpoenas, and medical record requests • Organize case files, including medical records, bills, and damage documentation • Communicate with clients, medical providers, opposing counsel, and court staff • Assist with trial preparation as needed Qualifications: • 1–3+ years of experience in Texas personal injury law (plaintiff side required) • Experience supporting litigation matters in Texas state courts • Comfortable working in a high-volume PI practice • Familiarity with discovery, medical records, and litigation deadlines • Proficiency with e-filing systems, Microsoft Office, and case management software • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Compensation: $42,000
