About Us: Megeredchian Law is a well-established personal injury law firm based in Burbank, CA. We specialize in car accident cases and are currently seeking a bilingual Spanish speaking Litigation Assistant to join our growing Litigation Department.

If you want to work in a dynamic, energetic atmosphere with a highly motivated team and supportive leadership, this position is for you! While a background in personal injury law is required, we provide full training for this role.

Position Overview: As a Litigation Assistant, you will provide essential support to the attorneys working on personal injury cases. This position involves a wide variety of tasks including e-filing, client coordination, preparing files for appearances, and drafting legal documents. You’ll play a key role in ensuring that litigation runs smoothly from start to finish.

Responsibilities:

E-filing.

Coordinating appointments with clients.

Communication with opposing counsel.

File preparation for appearances.

Drafting pleadings and judicial council forms.

On demand tasks from attorneys and/or paralegals.

The ideal candidate must have:

High school diploma or higher required. Bachelors preferred.

Bilingual in Spanish and English required.

Experience in Personal Injury Litigation

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Ability to work independently with little or no supervision.

Highly organized and detail-oriented.

Excellent time management.
