About the Role

As a Litigation Legal Assistant, you will support a 4 person successful litigation practice with matters involving insurance defense. This role is ideal for someone who brings keen attention to detail, a positive attitude, thrives in a team environment, and has strong state and federal e-filing experience. You’ll manage case documents, filings, and workflow throughout the litigation lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Federal & state e-filing
• Document and case management
• Manage calendars, schedule depositions/hearings, coordinate meetings, and assist with trial preparation
• Leverage document management and legal support software to maintain efficiency and organization

What You Bring

• 2+ years of experience in legal support litigation
• Strong experience with state and federal e-filing
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Team-oriented attitude and eagerness to grow professionally
