We are working with a top Am Law100 firm with more than 1,000 attorneys across 17 offices coast to coast. Their Downtown Denver office is quickly growing, and their Digital Assets and Data Management (DADM) practice team is seeking a Litigation Legal Assistant to support multiple attorneys in a fast-paced, high-expectation environment.
** Practice Group Background:**
The Digital Assets and Data Management (DADM) group helps clients manage risks and leverage data and technology throughout the entire data lifecycle—from privacy and security to advertising, transactions, and emerging technologies.
Role Details:
The firm is seeking a Litigation Legal Secretary with at least five years of experience, preferably in a larger law firm. This person will support multiple attorneys across the three practice areas. The ideal candidate is proactive, self-motivated, highly organized, and detail-oriented, capable of managing multiple priorities in a traditional, high-expectation office environment. Business professional attire is required, and familiarity with firm timekeeping software is preferred.
This role requires creativity, independent judgment, and the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information. The candidate should view no task as too big or too small and be comfortable providing top-tier administrative support to a busy legal team.
