Responsibilities: What You’ll Do • Manage litigation calendars, including hearings, deadlines, and scheduling • Prepare, file, and manage court documents (including e-filing) • Draft legal correspondence and assist with document preparation • Organize and maintain case files and litigation materials • Assist with discovery, including tracking and organizing responses • Coordinate and schedule depositions and court appearances • Support trial preparation, including logistics and document management • Order, review, and organize medical records and billing • Communicate with clients, medical providers, and opposing counsel • Assist with lien resolution, including Medicaid, Medicare, and private insurance subrogation • Uphold the firm’s standards of excellence in every interaction, providing top-of-the-line hospitality and results to each client Qualifications: Who You Are You are more than just a legal secretary.
