LITIGATION PARALEGAL (Plaintiff's PI) - Adam Feldman Law, Woodland Hills, CA
Are you a highly experienced litigation paralegal ready to step into a high-impact role at a tight-knit Plaintiff's Personal Injury firm in the Woodland Hills / Los Angeles area?
Adam Feldman Law is seeking a detail-oriented, proactive Paralegal to partner directly with our trial attorneys. We handle complex cases in Personal Injury, Elder Abuse/Neglect, and Medical Malpractice. COMPENSATION & BENEFITS (Please Note)
Compensation: $20-$35/hour (Based on experience).

YOUR HIGH-IMPACT RESPONSIBILITIES
You will be instrumental in all phases of litigation, moving beyond basic administrative tasks to contribute strategically:
Pivotal Case Management: Maintain and manage case calendars, statutes of limitation, and trial dates. Monitor case dockets and hearing schedules.
Litigation Document Drafting: Draft and format pleadings, discovery (Form, Special Interrogatories, RFPs, RFAs), and litigation documents for filing and service.
Trial & Deposition Support: Coordinate with experts, clients, and witnesses; provide key support for trial preparation, mediation, and arbitration.
File Organization: Maintain organized case files, litigation binders (digital and hard copy), and proficiency in Dropbox, Medical Record Retrieval, and Gmail.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Experience: Minimum 2 years of active litigation experience (Plaintiff's side strongly preferred).
Specialty Knowledge: Direct experience in Personal Injury, Elder Abuse/Neglect, or Medical Malpractice is a major plus.
California Expertise: Strong familiarity with California state court filing procedures and litigation timelines.
Soft Skills: Highly organized, dependable, team-oriented, and excellent written/verbal communication.
