Responsibilities: • Manage and organize litigation case files to ensure seamless access and retrieval. • Assist attorneys in preparing and drafting legal documents, ensuring accuracy and compliance. • Coordinate with legal teams and clients to gather necessary information and documentation. • Conduct thorough legal research to support case strategies and decision-making. • Maintain meticulous records of case developments, deadlines, and court dates. • Facilitate communication between attorneys, clients, and court officials to streamline processes. • Prepare and file court documents, ensuring adherence to procedural requirements and timelines.
