A reputable defense firm is looking for a Defense Litigation Paralegal for their Pasadena office. This is a fulltime onsite position with excellent compensation and benefits. The firm is growing with 2 established locations in Southern, CA.

Minimal Requirements:

• Paralegal Certification
• 3 years of experience supporting defense litigation
• Strong attention to detail, professional demeanor, and the ability to prioritize several projects in a deadline driven environment
• Bachelor’s degree is a plus

Ideal Qualifications:

• Knowledge & experience using Trial Director software, preparation of trial binders, summarizing deposition transcripts and medical records, creating power point presentations and use and experience with all types of software.
• Trial attendance and running technology at trial.
• Experience in preparation and formatting of legal documents, letters, spreadsheets and extensive knowledge of court filings and calendaring.

Salary: $55,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
