This role supports our civil litigation and personal injury practice areas, working closely with attorneys to manage cases from discovery through trial and resolution. Responsibilities: • Manage litigation case files from discovery through trial preparation, under attorney supervision • Draft and prepare legal documents, including pleadings, discovery requests and responses, subpoenas, and trial exhibits • Organize, review, and summarize discovery materials, depositions, and medical or financial records • Coordinate with expert witnesses, clients, and opposing counsel to ensure case progress and timely filings • Maintain accurate calendars for deadlines, hearings, and court dates • Assist attorneys in trial preparation, including witness coordination, exhibit preparation, and trial binders • Uphold confidentiality and ensure all client data is handled in accordance with firm policies Qualifications: • Proven experience as a litigation paralegal , with at least 3+ years of experience in civil litigation • Strong understanding of litigation processes, including discovery rules and trial preparation • Confidence in managing multiple cases and deadlines independently • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities • Commitment to deadlines and pride in producing high-quality work • A proactive mindset, you don’t wait to be told what needs to be done Compensation: $65,000 - $70,000 DOE
