We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Litigation Paralegal to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience supporting attorneys in civil litigation, particularly in consumer protection law and property insurance claims. This is an in-person position that plays a vital role in our case management and trial preparation process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Draft, file, and manage legal documents such as complaints, motions, discovery requests,
• and correspondence
• Maintain case files, calendars, and deadlines
• Assist with client communication, case updates, and document collection
• Organize and review discovery responses and evidence
• Support attorneys with trial preparation and hearing coordination
• Conduct legal research as needed

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a litigation paralegal (experience in consumer
• protection or property insurance preferred)
• Familiarity with Florida state court procedures and electronic filing
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines effectively
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and legal case management software (preferably Clio)
