    We are seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal to join our well-established personal injury firm in Providence. This role offers the opportunity to play a key role in managing litigation cases and helping clients navigate the legal process with confidence and care. The ideal candidate will be comfortable managing a medium caseload, preparing legal documents, and maintaining consistent communication with clients, providers, and courts. A strong understanding of litigation timelines and procedures is essential. Responsibilities: • Draft, manage, and file legal documents, including complaints, discovery, motions, and trial documents • Organize and track case documentation, deadlines, and court schedules • Summarize medical records and prepare settlement documentation • Communicate with experts, providers, and court personnel • Maintain regular client communication and ensure updates are recorded in the case management system • Assist with trial preparation, including exhibits and witness coordination Qualifications: • Minimum of 3 years litigation experience in personal injury • Strong knowledge of court rules and legal procedures in Rhode Island and Massachusetts • Exceptional attention to detail, time management, and communication skills • Proficient in legal case management software and Microsoft Office Suite • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, manage competing priorities, and meet tight deadlines • Clear and professional written and verbal communication skills To be considered for the position of Litigation Paralegal, a candidate must hold an Associate’s degree or Paralegal Certificate, with a preference for a Bachelor’s degree. Compensation: $55,000 - $57,000 yearly
