Germer PLLC is seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal to play a key role in supporting attorneys throughout all phases of the litigation process. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple matters efficiently while delivering high-quality support to attorneys and clients.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with case management from inception thorough resolution
• Draft, prepare, and revise pleadings, correspondence, discovery, and other legal documents
• Coordinate court filings and e-filing
• Organize and maintain case files and documents productions
• Track deadlines and maintain calendars
• Assist with deposition and trial preparations
• Provide additional administrative and litigation support as needed

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of recent litigation paralegal experience, preferably in defense litigation
• Strong knowledge of litigation procedures, court filings, and case management
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Programs, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
