Responsibilities: What You’ll Do You’ll work closely with attorneys through every stage of litigation, helping build strong cases and maximize client recovery. • Manage personal injury case files from intake through settlement or trial • Order, review, and summarize medical records and bills • Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery • Prepare lawsuits and coordinate service of process • Maintain case calendars, deadlines, and litigation timelines • Coordinate depositions, mediations, and client meetings • Communicate with clients, medical providers, and insurance adjusters • Assist with settlement negotiations and lien reductions • Prepare demand packages and support case valuation • Organize exhibits, evidence, and trial materials • Ensure cases are fully prepared at every stage of litigation • Support attorneys during mediation and trial prep • Identify ways to improve workflows and case management systems Qualifications: • 2+ years of plaintiff personal injury or litigation experience preferred • Strong understanding of Texas court rules and procedures • Experience reviewing medical records and analyzing damages • Excellent legal writing and drafting skills • Highly organized with strong time management abilities • Ability to manage a high-volume caseload independently • Strong interpersonal and client communication skills • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and case management software • Bilingual (Spanish) preferred • ABA-approved paralegal certification or equivalent experience required Compensation: $63,000 yearly
