Responsibilities: Key Responsibilities: • Conduct legal research and analysis to support attorneys in case preparation and strategy development • Draft legal documents , including pleadings, motions, and briefs, ensuring accuracy and compliance with court rules and deadlines • Manage case files , both electronic and physical, ensuring proper organization and easy access to critical information • Coordinate and schedule meetings, depositions, and hearings , while preparing necessary documents and materials in advance • Communicate with clients, witnesses, and opposing counsel in a professional and timely manner to facilitate case progress Qualifications: • Minimum of 3+ years of experience as a Litigation Paralegal in a law firm setting • US Work Authorization (required) • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (assessment required) • Strong legal research and drafting skills • Experience with Adobe Suite for document preparation and editing • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills • Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines in a fast-paced environment Compensation: $26 - $28 hourly
