We’re hiring an experienced Litigation Paralegal to join the team full-time at John Michael Bailey Injury Lawyers in Memphis, TN. In this role, you’ll play a key part in supporting our attorneys through all phases of litigation and trial preparation. You’ll bring your expertise to case organization, legal research, drafting and managing legal documents, and communication with clients, courts, and opposing counsel. We’re looking for a detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced legal environment and is committed to delivering exceptional support throughout the litigation process. You will also act as a key legal professional by monitoring modifications in national, state, and local rules plus court resolutions, and advancements. Responsibilities: • Drafting Complaints and other pleadings • Confirming service of process • Drafting discovery responses • Preparing for depositions, mediations, and trials Qualifications: • Minimum 2 years of legal experience, preferably in a personal injury law firm • US Work Authorization • Must have experience with legal research and drafting of pleadings, motions, discovery, and memos • Knowledge of civil procedure and court rules • Proficient with technology, including MS Office, Adobe Acrobat, and e-discovery software Compensation: $45,750 yearly
