Litigation Paralegal/Case Manager- Willing to Train Boca Raton real estate law firm seeks a full-time litigation paralegal for its Boca Raton office. This role supports landlord representation in residential and commercial matters. Requirements: • Strong phone and email communication skills • Excellent customer service mindset • Highly organized and detail-oriented • The ability to effectively manage a high case load Experience preferred but not required. Recent paralegal certificate graduates encouraged to apply. Responsibilities: • High-volume case management in a fast-paced Florida litigation practice • Patient, consistent client communication to provide updates and next steps • Drafting experience for pleadings, correspondence, and litigation documents • Calendar management, including scheduling and tracking deadlines • Coordinating hearings, mediations • Preparing attorneys for hearings & mediations • Full command of Florida e-filing and court procedures across all aspects of case management Qualifications: • 2+ years of civil litigation experience as a paralegal or legal assistant preferred; will train a new paralegal with a paralegal certificate • Familiarity with submitting orders and materials to judges using county-specific submission systems and judicial instructions • Proficient in Florida ePortal/e-filing, bankruptcy CM/ECF filings, and online order submissions for Florida civil courts • Clear, professional written communication with proper grammar and error-free English • Effective telephone communication with clients • Proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint), QuickBooks, or similar billing software • Organized and able to manage a high volume of cases, work with urgency, think critically, and solve problems independently • Must be able to commute to our Boca Raton office Compensation: $45,000 - $65,000 yearly based on experience
