We are seeking a Litigation Paralegal to become a part of our growing team. We are a Boutique Personal Injury- Labor Employment Firm with a positive working environment.

Responsibilities:

· Calendar all deadlines, dates, and other events

· Respond to discovery and work closely with clients to do so

· Draft and serve discovery requests

· Schedule and coordinate depositions

· Draft legal documents

· Investigate facts

· Be on top of and closely manage all litigation files

· Overall support to Attorney

Qualifications:

· 5 years previous experience as a personal injury paralegal

· Thoroughness, follow-through, and attention to detail

· Ability to prioritize and multitask

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills

· Deadline and detail-oriented

· Able to successfully deal with a fast-paced environment

· Fluency in Spanish -- both written and spoken -- is a huge plus

· Independent, resourceful, and a problem-solver
