Responsibilities: • Court filings and notices • Draft and prepare pleadings and other correspondence • Issuing and responding to discovery • Legal research • Docketing • Communicate effectively with attorneys, staff and clients Qualifications: • Paralegal certificate required • Previous family law experience a plus • Familiarity with motions and other pleadings • Ability to prioritize and multitask • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Detail-oriented, able to track and meet deadlines
