  • Responsibilities

    Lloyd Baker Injury Attorneys is seeking an experienced and highly organized Litigation Paralegal to join our firm. The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of experience in personal injury litigation, a solid understanding of Arizona’s court rules and filing procedures, and the ability to manage cases efficiently from complaint through resolution and trial, when necessary. You’ll work closely with attorneys to support every aspect of litigation preparation and execution while ensuring clients receive compassionate, professional service throughout their case. Responsibilities: • Assist attorneys in all phases of personal injury litigation • Draft and file pleadings, disclosures, discovery requests and responses, and other legal documents • Manage litigation deadlines and ensure timely compliance with all court rules and procedures • Organize and maintain case files, exhibits, and trial binders • Communicate professionally with clients, opposing counsel, medical providers, and court staff • Prepare settlement documents, mediation materials, and trial notebooks • Track case progress and coordinate with attorneys on litigation strategy and case management Qualifications: • Minimum 2 years of experience as a paralegal in personal injury litigation • Strong knowledge of Arizona Rules of Civil Procedure and local court requirements • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills • Excellent written and verbal communication • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment • Proficient in Microsoft Office and case management software (Filevine or similar preferred) • Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus, but not required • A positive, dependable, and team-oriented attitude Compensation: $75,000+ year depending on experience & knowledge
