    Lloyd Baker Injury Attorneys is seeking an experienced and highly organized Litigation Paralegal to join our firm. The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of experience in personal injury litigation, a solid understanding of Arizona’s court rules and filing procedures, and the ability to manage cases efficiently from complaint through resolution and trial, when necessary. You’ll work closely with attorneys to support every aspect of litigation preparation and execution while ensuring clients receive compassionate, professional service throughout their case. Responsibilities: • Coordinate and manage all aspects of litigation cases, ensuring timely and efficient progression from complaint to resolution. • Draft, review, and file legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and discovery requests, in compliance with Arizona court rules. • Maintain organized and up-to-date case files, both physical and electronic, to ensure easy access and retrieval of information. • Communicate effectively with clients, attorneys, and court personnel to provide updates and gather necessary information. • Conduct thorough legal research to support case strategies and assist attorneys in preparing for hearings and trials. • Schedule and coordinate depositions, mediations, and court appearances, ensuring all parties are informed and prepared. • Assist attorneys in trial preparation, including organizing exhibits, witness lists, and trial binders for seamless courtroom proceedings. Qualifications: • Experience in personal injury litigation, with at least two years in a similar role. • Ability to draft, file, and manage legal documents, including pleadings, disclosures, and discovery requests. • Proven track record of managing litigation deadlines and ensuring compliance with court rules. • Strong organizational skills to maintain case files, exhibits, and trial binders efficiently. • Excellent communication skills to interact professionally with clients, opposing counsel, and court staff. • Proficiency in preparing settlement documents, mediation materials, and trial notebooks. • Familiarity with Arizona's court rules and filing procedures is essential for success in this role. Compensation: $75,000+ yearly DOE
