Responsibilities: • Coordinate and manage all aspects of litigation cases, ensuring timely and efficient progression from complaint to resolution. • Draft, review, and file legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and discovery requests, in compliance with Arizona court rules. • Maintain organized and up-to-date case files, both physical and electronic, to ensure easy access and retrieval of information. • Communicate effectively with clients, attorneys, and court personnel to provide updates and gather necessary information. • Conduct thorough legal research to support case strategies and assist attorneys in preparing for hearings and trials. • Schedule and coordinate depositions, mediations, and court appearances, ensuring all parties are informed and prepared. • Assist attorneys in trial preparation, including organizing exhibits, witness lists, and trial binders for seamless courtroom proceedings. Qualifications: • Experience in personal injury litigation, with at least two years in a similar role. • Ability to draft, file, and manage legal documents, including pleadings, disclosures, and discovery requests. • Proven track record of managing litigation deadlines and ensuring compliance with court rules. • Strong organizational skills to maintain case files, exhibits, and trial binders efficiently. • Excellent communication skills to interact professionally with clients, opposing counsel, and court staff. • Proficiency in preparing settlement documents, mediation materials, and trial notebooks. • Familiarity with Arizona's court rules and filing procedures is essential for success in this role. Compensation: $75,000+ yearly DOE
