We are a personal injury law firm that is growing fast. We are seeking an experienced Litigation or Personal Injury Paralegal to become part of our team. We file a lot of lawsuits and go to trial. Qualified candidates must be energetic, positive, thrive under pressure and possess the ability to work independently. Spanish speaker is a big plus. Must have 3 years experience of plaintiff's personal injury litigation paralegal role to be considered.

Qualifications:

-Qualified candidates must be energetic, positive, thrive under pressure and possess the ability to work independently

-3 to 5 years of heavy litigation experience is required

-Strong understanding of litigation terms

-Case Management skills including managing and prioritizing multiple projects and deadlines

-Superior organization skills

-Excellent written and verbal communication skills as well as analytical, problem solving and decision making skills

-Deadline and detail-oriented

Responsibilities:

-Conduct research to support legal proceedings

-Assist with the drafting and reviewing of legal documents

-Drafting lawsuits, filing initial disclosures, propounding and responding to discovery

-Docket Management

-Trial Preparation
