    Marrs Griebel Law, LTD is hiring an experienced litigation paralegal to join their growing team in Albuquerque. This is not a clock-in, clock-out kind of role. Compensation We offer a compensation model based on billed hours, which allows our paralegals to be rewarded directly for the work they contribute. • Hourly Rate: $50–$70/hr , based on experience • Earning potential: $75,000–$125,000+/yearTop performers have exceeded $250,000 with performance-based bonuses • Full benefits package included This model is ideal for professionals who are self-motivated, efficient, and take pride in delivering high-quality work. Responsibilities: • Case management: including case status reports, workflow planning, and managing deadlines (not primarily responsible for calendaring) • Verify discovery-related calendaring (typically handled by a legal assistant) • File management: organize and manage client and discovery documents • Document management: review, organize, and analyze documents; prepare summaries and indices • Work directly with clients to retrieve documents and assist with discovery responses • Draft discovery documents, certain pleadings, initial drafts of complaints, chronologies, notices, and letters • Document production: collect, review, organize, number, and produce documents • Deposition support: assist with deposition preparation, including organizing exhibits and drafting preliminary questionnaires • Trial preparation: assemble exhibits, draft exhibit lists and pretrial orders, prepare witness binders and filing appendices • Assist during trials and arbitration hearings • Summarize deposition transcripts and related exhibits • Conduct factual research using in-house files and external reference sources • Provide secondary support to legal assistant: file and serve pleadings, and direct calendaring in accordance with court or arbitration rules Qualifications: To thrive in this role, you should bring: • 3+ years of substantive litigation paralegal experience • Strong organizational and case management skills • Proficiency in legal writing and document proofreading • Ability to self-manage and effectively prioritize tasks in a deadline-driven environment • Familiarity with New Mexico and Federal court procedures , including arbitration • Experience with mid- to large-scale document production • Technical fluency in MS Office Suite, Adobe, and ideally SharePointBachelor’s degree strongly preferred • Paralegal certificate from an ABA-accredited program or equivalent experience Compensation: $75,000 - $125,000+ year
