About Us: Megeredchian Law is a well-established personal injury law firm based in Burbank, CA. We specialize in car accident cases and are currently seeking a qualified Litigation Paralegal to join our growing Litigation Department.

Position Overview: As a Litigation Paralegal, you will play an essential role in supporting the litigation team. This position involves drafting key legal documents, managing discovery, preparing for depositions and trials, and assisting attorneys in all aspects of the litigation process.

Responsibilities:

Drafting complaints.

Responding to discovery.

Propounding discovery.

Drafting subpoenas and objecting to subpoenas.

Expert discovery.

Deposition preparation.

Trial preparation.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or higher.

Bilingual in Spanish is a plus

Paralegal certification preferred.

2+ years of litigation experience, specifically propounding and responding to discovery.

1+ year(s) of expert discovery and trial preparation.

2+ years of experience in personal injury [Plaintiff/Defense].

Proficient knowledge of statutory deadlines.

Highly organized and detail-oriented.

Team leader and team player.
