    We are partnered with an established law firm seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal to join its Seattle-area team.

    This position is ideal for a paralegal who enjoys taking ownership of complex matters, working closely with attorneys and clients, and staying involved throughout the full litigation process.

    The Paralegal will support a small group of attorneys handling a varied civil litigation caseload. Responsibilities will include case management, discovery, court filings, calendaring, client communication, and preparation for hearings, mediations, and trial.

    The firm offers a collaborative and professional environment where paralegals are trusted to manage their work independently while remaining closely connected to the broader legal team.

    Responsibilities

    • Support attorneys through all phases of civil litigation
    • Manage case files, deadlines, calendars, and docketing
    • Draft, organize, and file pleadings, discovery, correspondence, and other legal documents
    • Complete electronic filings and ensure compliance with applicable court rules
    • Coordinate discovery, document production, subpoenas, depositions, and expert materials
    • Assist with hearings, mediations, arbitrations, and trial preparation
    • Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, courts, experts, and other parties
    • Maintain accurate and organized electronic case files
    • Track and record billable time

    Qualifications

    • At least 3 years of paralegal litigation experience
    • Strong understanding of civil litigation procedures and deadlines
    • Experience with Washington court rules, e-filing, calendaring, and docket management
    • Excellent organizational, communication, and time-management skills
    • Ability to independently manage multiple active matters and competing priorities
    • Strong attention to detail and professional judgment
    • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and legal case-management systems
    • Experience with complex commercial, property-related, construction, or probate matters is helpful but not required

    Compensation: $86,500 - $105,000
