Your responsibilities will include: • Independently managing case files from intake through trial with precision and minimal oversight • Expertly preparing and organizing pleadings, discovery, and trial exhibits , backed by a deep understanding of court deadlines, procedures, and filing protocols • Drafting high-quality correspondence, subpoenas, discovery responses , and clear, concise summaries of extensive records and documentation • Conducting thorough factual investigations , analyzing insurance policies and claim files , and facilitating communication with expert witnesses • Handling all aspects of scheduling, including depositions, hearings, and mediations —while maintaining strict control of calendaring and critical deadlines • Playing a key role in trial preparation and providing on-site courtroom support when required to ensure seamless execution • Serving as a reliable point of contact for clients , maintaining consistent, professional communication throughout the lifecycle of each case Qualifications: • Minimum of 5+ years of hands-on litigation paralegal experience , with a strong preference for a background in bad faith insurance litigation involving both commercial and residential property claims • In-depth knowledge of Oklahoma court rules , e-filing systems , and litigation procedures, ensuring smooth, accurate case handling from start to finish • Proven ability to confidently manage multiple high-stakes cases, shifting priorities, and fast-paced deadlines, all with clarity, focus, and poise • Exceptional writing, proofreading, and organizational skills , with meticulous attention to detail in every document • Fluent in legal technology , including case management software and litigation support tools that drive efficiency and precision • Professional, discreet, and service-oriented , with a client-first mindset and a commitment to excellence in every interaction Compensation: $55,000 - $65,000 yearly plus performance-based bonuses
