Your responsibilities will include: • Preparing and organizing pleadings, discovery, and trial exhibits with a deep understanding of court deadlines and filing protocols • Drafting correspondence, subpoenas, discovery responses, and summaries of voluminous records • Conducting factual research, reviewing insurance policies and claim files, and coordinating with experts • Handling scheduling of depositions, hearings, mediations, and calendaring deadlines • Assisting with trial preparation and, where applicable, attending trial to provide direct support to attorneys • Coordinating with clients and ensuring timely communication throughout the life of the case Qualifications: • Minimum 5+ years of litigation paralegal experience, preferably in bad faith insurance litigation involving commercial and residential property claims • Strong knowledge of Oklahoma court rules, e-filing systems, and litigation procedures • Proven ability to manage multiple complex cases and shifting deadlines with confidence and composure • Excellent writing, proofreading, and organizational skills • Proficiency with case management software and litigation support tools • High level of professionalism, discretion, and client service orientation Benefits: • Benefits package including health, vision, and retirement plan options.
