Key Responsibilities:
Assist attorneys in all aspects of litigation, including trial preparation, document review, and case management.
Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, discovery responses, and motions.
Manage case files, track deadlines, and maintain thorough documentation.
Preferred Qualifications:
Prior experience within the litigation realm is preferred, but any type of legal background will be considered.
Proficiency in legal research platforms and case management software.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with attorneys and staff as well as excellent customer service skills for liaising with clients.
