We offer a competitive salary between $80,000 and $110,000, depending on experience, along with medical, dental, and vision insurance, paid holidays, and a 401(k) with employer contributions. Responsibilities: • Preparing and finalizing court pleadings in state and federal courts, including complaints, motions, briefs, and judicial council forms. • Managing litigation calendar and tracking of deadlines. • Preparing motions, complaints, briefs, and other documents. • Working with outside vendors for filing documents, process serving, discovery, and mediation. • Assisting with document review, discovery preparation, and organization. Qualifications: • Paralegal Certificate. • 4+ years of experience assisting litigation teams. • Able to work in the San Jose or Danville Office. Compensation: $80,000 - $110,000 yearly
