Overview:

The Bruning Law Firm is seeking a Litigation Paralegal. We are a fast-growing personal injury firm that currently operates in both Missouri and Illinois. The Litigation Paralegal will work directly with our Litigation Attorneys to manage all aspects of a client's cases, including discovery, settlements, mediation, trial preparation, and other administrative tasks. This position requires strong communication skills, excellent organization, and the ability to work independently or as a member of a team.

Detailed job duties include:

• Provide legal support to personal injury attorneys and other paralegal staff.
• Assist with drafting, reviewing, and filing Pleadings and Discovery
• Review and summarize medical records and bills.
• Maintain attorney calendar, schedule depositions, and court hearings
• Communicate with client and provide regular updates.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• Preferred 2 years of experience as a personal injury litigation paralegal
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient computer skills
• Must be detail-oriented
• Demonstrated ability to multitask
