    Job Summary

    We are seeking a highly motivated Litigation Paralegal to join our team. In this role, you will provide support to our trial team and assist in all phases of the litigation process. You will perform legal research, conduct interviews, file documents, and attend trials. The ideal candidate is hardworking and detail-oriented.

    Responsibilities

    Draft written discovery requests and responses

    Review and summarize medical records, corporate documents, and production materials

    Use Digital WarRoom or similar document review tools (training available)

    Utilize AI tools and traditional methods to organize and analyze large document sets

    Proficient Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook 2010 or newer

    Proficient in using computer data bases (We will train her on our systems)

    Draft and manage FOIA requests and related follow-up

    Draft settlement demand letters in collaboration with attorney

    Prepare and manage Excel spreadsheets to manage case movement, damages, exposure timelines, and production logs

    Review opposing parties' discovery responses and identify deficiencies

    Communicate with clients, vendors, and experts in a professional and organized manner

    Work in or be trained on SmartAdvocate (our case management software)

    Use Microsoft Word proficiently for formatting, templates, and legal drafting

    Qualifications

    3+ years of paralegal experience in litigation, ideally in PI, toxic tort, or mass tort

    Strong writing and organizational skills

    Comfortable with technology and eager to learn new systems

    Detail-oriented and able to manage complex case files

    Reliable, proactive, and collaborative — ready to be a core member of the team

    Certification or Associates Degree as a Paralegal is preferred

    Familiarity with legal procedures, terminology, and the court system

    Strong verbal and written communication skills

    Highly organized with document management experience

    Excellent research skills

    Comfortable Microsoft Office and case management software

    Ability to multitask and work well under pressure
