Litigation Paralegal - Plaintiff Personal Injury
Warnock MacKinlay Law, PLLC is seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal to join our dedicated team. We are a leading plaintiff personal injury law firm specializing in motor vehicle accidents, wrongful death, catastrophic injuries, and complex litigation. Key Responsibilities:
- Draft and file pleadings, motions, and other legal documents in state and federal courts.
- Assist attorneys in all phases of litigation, including discovery, trial preparation, and trial support.
- Manage case files, ensuring all documents are organized and deadlines are met.
- Coordinate with clients, witnesses, experts, and court personnel.
- Prepare discovery requests, responses, and conduct document reviews.
- Summarize depositions, medical records, and other case materials.
- Maintain communication with clients, providing updates and gathering necessary information.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience as a litigation paralegal, preferably in plaintiff personal injury.
- Experience with complex litigation matters, including trucking claims and road design cases.
- Strong understanding of legal procedures, court rules, and filing requirements.
- Proficiency in using technology, including legal case management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent written and communication skills.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Demonstrates a strong work ethic with a consistent and reliable schedule.
- Empathetic and client-focused, with a passion for helping clients through challenging times.
- Paralegal certification or equivalent education (preferred but not required).

Compensation:
- Salary $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 annually. Salary commensurate with experience.
