We are a professional staffing firm, working with organizations across the country to place exceptional candidates. Currently, we have a Litigation Paralegal opportunity with a well-established Law Firm handling Construction Litigation. The ****Litigation Paralegal is responsible for the specific duties listed below.

Your specific duties will include:

• Provide support to one or more lawyers.
• Be able to work independently.
• Willingness to become familiar with all aspects of construction law.
• Prepare motions, letters, hearing notices, discovery, subpoenas, and other related legal documents.
• E-file court documents using Simplifile and Eportal.
• Review the attorney's calendar and be familiar with scheduling conferences and hearings using Zoom.
• Answer phone calls, take notes/messages, and redirect calls when appropriate.
• Be familiar with a paperless office using scanning and data management.
• Open new client files and update addresses, phone numbers, etc. of contact details.

Specific qualifications for the position include :

• Knowledge of legal terminology, regulations, and court system.
• Knowledge of MS Office.
• Experience with Net Documents and Practice Panther a plus.
• Proficient in grammar and punctuation.
• Ability to multitask and be comfortable dealing with a diverse pool of people.

Pay Rate Range : $60000 - $70000 per year (DOE)

Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Employees have access to healthcare benefits including medical, dental, and vision as well as a 401(k) plan.
