    Kaye Bender Rembaum in Pompano Beach is a high volume, large Community Association law firm. We are growing and need a full-time experienced Litigation Paralegal for our non-foreclosure Litigation Department. Excellent working environment, competitive salary, health care benefits and 401k.

    Requirements:

    ***** A minimum of 5 years of Civil Litigation experience *****

    • Motivated self-starter with strong organizational
    • Able to manage large volume of case loads
    • Strong case management skills
    • Community Association experience preferred, but not required

    ** Must be able to commute within reasonable distance to our office in Pompano Beach.**

    Demonstrated experience with the following:

    • Preparing Complaints, Summonses and pleadings in County, Circuit and Federal Court cases;
    • E- Filing of Complaints, Summonses and pleadings in County, Circuit and Federal Court cases;
    • E-Service of documents to parties;
    • Scheduling and confirming hearings, depositions, mediation, trials and meetings;
    • Managing daily/weekly/monthly diary and task calendar for multiple attorneys;
    • Preparation of correspondence;
    • High volume document management and control; maintaining Litigation files;
    • Proficiency with Wordperfect, Word and Microsoft Outlook programs
    • Assisting attorneys to prepare for hearings and trials
    • Professional and courteous interaction with court staff, clients, property managers and opposing counsel;
    • Ability to work closely with others in a team environment
    • Delivering outstanding customer service to clients.
