    Job Title: Litigation Support Analyst

    Location: Dallas, TX (Hybrid or Onsite) Clearance Requirement: Must be able to obtain a Public Trust Clearance Employment Type: Full-Time

    Position Overview:

    Taurean is seeking a Litigation Support Analyst to provide critical eDiscovery and technical support services in a high-paced legal environment. This mid-level position is ideal for candidates with a strong understanding of the litigation lifecycle, hands-on experience with industry-standard discovery platforms (particularly Relativity ), and the ability to manage complex workloads under tight deadlines.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Provide litigation support services throughout the EDRM lifecycle, including processing, reviewing, and producing documents.
    • Serve as a case administrator in Relativity , managing user roles, case setup, and technical troubleshooting.
    • Deliver end-user support and assist with training on litigation support tools and platforms.
    • Analyze large volumes of electronic data and synthesize results to meet case objectives.
    • Support data ingestion and processing using tools such as Nuix, Concordance, IPRO Eclipse, Cloud Nine Law , and Beyond Compare.
    • Ensure quality control and integrity of data throughout all phases of the eDiscovery process.
    • Assist with the preparation of exhibits, data productions, and other deliverables for legal proceedings.
    • Maintain documentation of processes, case workflows, and user guidance.

    Minimum Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree; an additional 3 years of directly relevant experience may substitute for the degree.
    • Minimum of 3 years of experience in litigation support, eDiscovery, or a legal technology environment (Government, law firm, or vendor).
    • Proficiency with Relativity and experience performing administrator or case manager tasks.
    • Familiarity with multiple file types, data formats, and legal data processing.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
    • Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and competing priorities under pressure.
    • U.S. Citizenship required.
    • Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust security clearance.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Prior experience supporting Federal litigation matters.
    • Familiarity with legal review workflows and production standards.
    • Exposure to scripting or automation tools (a plus, not required).

    Compensation & Benefits:

    • Competitive salary range: $80,000 – $90,000 , based on experience.
