Early Childhood Teacher
We are seeking a Preschool Teacher - 3-4-Year-Old Students to join our organization! This individual will plan and present age-appropriate activities for children. Responsibilities: * Instruct preschool-aged children in activities designed to promote intellectual and creative growth * Create a fun and safe learning environment * Develop schedules and routines to ensure adequate physical activity, rest, and playtime * Establish and maintain positive relationships with students and parents * Communicate with parents on students' growth and progress * Maintain the health and safety of all students * Plan both long and short-range activities in accordance with the curriculum objectives * meet the emotional, social, physical, and cognitive needs of each child * report the progress of children to parents/ Portfolios * attend in-service and staff meetings * Work together with co-workers as a TEAM to achieve center goals * perform other duties as assigned * Be caring, companionate, and love what YOU do!! Qualifications: * Previous experience in childcare, teaching, or other related fields * Passionate about working with children * Ability to build rapport with children * Positive and patient demeanor * Excellent written and verbal communication skills Company Description Christian childcare center serving the community under current ownership since 2007.
