    We are seeking an energetic, bubbly Enrollment Specialist with a passion for early childhood education and exceptional communication skills. The ideal candidate will be savvy with childcare management systems as well as customer relations management platforms. This role is pivotal in maintaining full enrollment and managing the program waitlist while exuding a friendly and welcoming atmosphere for children and parents alike.

    Responsibilities:

    Conduct tours for prospective families, showcasing the academy's facilities, programs, and Christian values.

    Maintain a thorough knowledge of the academy's offerings and confidently communicate this to potential and existing families.

    Utilize childcare management platforms to manage enrollment records, waitlists, and ensure an efficient enrollment process.

    Foster positive relationships with families, providing them with timely and accurate information.

    Collaborate with the center director to ensure the center operates optimally and adheres to licensing requirements.

    Implement marketing strategies and outreach programs to promote the academy within the community.

    Monitor enrollment trends, provide reports, and plan strategically to maintain full capacity.

    Assist in planning and participating in academy events, such as open houses and community outreach activities.

    Provide administrative support including but not limited to answering phones, filing, and conducting follow-ups with prospective families.

    Ensure compliance with academy policies, state regulations, and company ethos at all times.

    Qualifications:

    AA or BA in ECE or CDA required

    Proven experience in customer service or a similar role, preferably within a childcare or educational setting.

    Proficiency in using childcare management software and systems.

    Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse groups of people.

    Demonstrated organizational skills, detail orientation, and the ability to multitask.

    A heart for service and a warm, approachable demeanor.

    Must share and uphold the core values and mission of the academy.

    A background in marketing or community outreach is advantageous.
