    Key Responsibilities: • Develop and implement engaging lesson plans and activities that promote children's social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development. • Create a safe, inclusive, and supportive learning environment where children feel valued, respected, and empowered to explore and learn. • Foster positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues through effective communication, collaboration, and partnership. • Observe and assess children's progress and development, documenting their achievements and areas for growth. • Provide individualized attention and support to meet the unique needs of each child, including those with diverse backgrounds and abilities. • Encourage and model positive behavior and conflict resolution strategies, promoting social-emotional development and self-regulation skills. • Collaborate with other staff members to ensure continuity of care and consistency in classroom routines and procedures. • Maintain a clean, organized, and stimulating classroom environment that is conducive to learning and exploration. • Communicate regularly with parents/guardians, sharing updates on their child's progress, development, and daily experiences. • Participate in professional development opportunities and ongoing training to enhance teaching skills and stay current with best practices in early childhood education. Qualifications: • US Work Authorization • Childcare Experience • Flexible Schedule • Education Level • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Compensation: $14 - $15 hourly
