Fix Auto in Downey, Ca. is recruiting Customer Service Representatives. Candidates must have good clerical office skills and a strong understanding of computer systems and web-based applications. The position is full time, Monday thru Friday from 8:00 A.M. - 5:30 P.M.

Job Qualifications:

• Excellent customer service skills.
• Bilingual
• Minimum of two years experience with CCC1.
• Minimum of two years body shop customer service experience.
• Detail oriented.
