Little Kickers Swim School is part of the Active Enterprises family, which includes Kickin’ It Kids Gym. Our passion is keeping kids active through safety and play and our niche is teaching life skills and bringing the community together in a safe, unparalleled environment. Over the next 10 years, we will deliver 2,000,000 experiences to kiddos and their families!

We’re looking for part-time swim coaches to make a difference in our community!

Responsibilities:

Make sure everyone is safe.

Respect students while teaching them to swim.

Be a team player who is consistently dependable.

Complete required training and be a continual learner.

Follow our curriculum with a focus on the needs, abilities, and comfort of each student.

Smile and have fun during your entire shift.

Qualifications:

Caring and compassion for children and adults

Ability to work in the water for periods of up to 5 hours

Strong communication skills

Great attitude and willingness to be coached

The ability to focus in a fast-paced environment

The ability to commit to at least 1 year of employment, afternoons and weekends required
