We are looking for a Client Experience Expert to be the first face our clients see when they walk into our swim school located in Denver, Colorado! We are a fast-growing local business that loves our clients and employees! We are passionate about making a difference in each child life that walks through our door by teaching them the lifelong skill of swimming!

Here’s what you will be doing…

Greeting each family with a bubbly and friendly “hello”

Front-of-house operations

Answering incoming calls, texts, and emails

Checking in families with our scheduled software

Being able to answer questions about our programs and policies

Communicate regularly with families and ensure that all correspondence is handled in a timely manner

Help to maintain a clean, safe facility (walking around hourly organizing and disinfecting facility)

Client Scheduling

Assist with back-office projects

Here’s what you’ll need for this position…

You bring positivity and enthusiasm, and we will cover the rest

Strong communication skills in dealing with both children and adults

Organizational skills with the ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks/projects

Demonstrated proactive approaches to problem-solving

Knowledge in Google Docs/Drive/Sheets preferred

Bachelor's degree with past reception and/or sales experience a plus

Knowledge of general safety rules and precautions related to a swimming pool environment

Little Kickers Swim School provides private swim lessons for ages 5 months and up at any ability level. We believe in the importance of focusing on each child and individualizing their swim lesson to make it an enjoyable experience they will want to return to. Little Kickers is a woman-owned swim school in the Denver area that opened its doors in 2014. Daphna and Yael, who are Colorado natives and sisters, had a passion to provide Denver area children with crucial water safety skills, a love for the water, and great swimming techniques. Thus, Little Kickers Swim School was born! Today Little Kickers is proud to have served over 2,000 families and has an amazing team of instructors who love working with all ages and ability levels.
