Performs exemplary services based on our award winning protocols

Fully prepares each and every treatment based on our treatment criteria

Explains the benefits of the services performed and makes fabulous home care recommendations

Is an avid menu reader and cross sells other spa services and products

Has a valid professional license (nail technician) meaning it’s current and registered in NY!

Is a steward of the RELAX brand making sure all treatment areas are prepared to the spa standards

Strives to receive additional continuing education to stay on top of the game!

Competitive Pay - Highest rate in Rochester. Experienced therapists often making the equivalent of over $31.07 per hour including tips.

Education Requirements for Nail Tech Job:

Nail technicians in New York State require license as a nail tech that includes taking 2 exams, and must keep their license active with NY State. Required education is offered at local cosmetology schools and some BOCES programs.
