Job Description
Little Monster, the world’s premier YouTube growth agency, is looking for a senior level sales lead to further develop our pipeline of clients and oversee the sales process.
We offer services such as content development & production, paid media, channel management, and consulting.
Responsibilities
Lead company’s outreach to brands and agencies in non-media verticals.
Manage the internal sales and business development teams.
Coordinate response to RFPs.
Assist and contribute to the development of new products.
Oversee and improve sales processes, sales documentation, and contribute to marketing initiatives.
Manage renewal timelines.
Work with Strategists on client opportunities.
Maintain client relationships.
Qualifications
Minimum 5 years of sales experience
Ability to show experience in prospecting, developing and closing outbound new business.
An eye for creative and graphic design.
Direct experience in the online video industry, especially YouTube
Significant relationships with key decision makers in non-media industries.
Based in Los Angeles
BA/BS Degree required
