Job Description

Little Monster, the world’s premier YouTube growth agency, is looking for a senior level sales lead to further develop our pipeline of clients and oversee the sales process. 

We offer services such as content development & production, paid media, channel management, and consulting.

Responsibilities

• Lead company’s outreach to brands and agencies in non-media verticals.

• Manage the internal sales and business development teams. 

• Coordinate response to RFPs. 

• Assist and contribute to the development of new products.

• Oversee and improve sales processes, sales documentation, and contribute to marketing initiatives. 

• Manage renewal timelines. 

• Work with Strategists on client opportunities. 

• Maintain client relationships.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of sales experience 

• Ability to show experience in prospecting, developing and closing outbound new business.

• An eye for creative and graphic design.

• Direct experience in the online video industry, especially YouTube

• Significant relationships with key decision makers in non-media industries.

• Based in Los Angeles

• BA/BS Degree required
